In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, at the end of the words: "The members' rights to vote, to speak and to be represented in the Assembly and its bodies shall not be suspended or withdrawn in the context of a challenge to or reconsideration of credentials"
Insert the following footnote: "In the context of a challenge to or reconsideration of credentials, members cannot be part of a political group and enjoy the rights deriving from such a membership."
