In the draft resolution, paragraph 3.8, after the words "membership obligations" insert the following words:
"including threats of force against its neighbours, not settling outstanding international border disputes according to the principles of international law, not respecting international humanitarian law, not abiding by the existing international treaties, not withdrawing the 14th Army and its equipment from the territory of Moldova and other locations".
