In the draft recommendation, before paragraph 6, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly invites the Secretary General to grant an office in the premises of the Council of Europe previously occupied by the representative of the Belarusian authorities to the representatives of Belarusian civil society and opposition in exile with the aim of facilitating the exchange of information and consultations about programs of assistance."
