In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, delete the following words:

"involving Nagorno-Karabakh"

Explanatory note

Using the word “involving” is completely wrong. The cause of the conflict was the aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan for almost 30 years, and it was between the two countries. It was Armenia that was claiming the contrary to stall the negotiations, which essentially led to another war in 2020.
