In the draft recommendation, paragraph 1, first and second sentences, delete the following words:
"in the months before and immediately after the military operation launched by Azerbaijan on 19 September 2023. It is deeply concerned by a situation which seems, at the very least, to invite suspicions of many aspects of ethnic cleansing."
