Additionally, the resolution revises the thresholds for forming political groups, updates the content requirements for proposals, and expands the rights of partner for democracy delegations. The Assembly also clarifies the functioning of its committees and the Monitoring Committee, ensuring better governance and cooperation. These changes will take effect immediately upon adoption.
