In the draft resolution, after paragraph 10, insert the following paragraph:

"The Russian Federation should be immediately removed from the UN because it illegally, in flagrant violation of the UN Charter, usurped the seat of the USSR on the UN Security Council. The Russian Federation's presence at the UN does not correspond to the requirements of membership at the UN."
