In the draft resolution, delete paragraph 15.3.

Explanatory note

The paragraph deals with the enlargement policy of the EU without the connection to the Council of Europe. Both are separate organisations; furthermore, EU enlargement has a strong geopolitical dimension and the Council of Europe should keep its distance from EU geo-politics.
