Welcoming the prospects of a resumptionof trade between East and West

Considering that these prospects call for consultation between Member States of the Council of Europe,

Decides to include in its Agenda the following question:

"Discussion on the joint efforts to be made by Western Europe to put its trade with the East on a normal basis."
