The Assembly,
Considering that the purpose of the recent debate on foreign policy was to lay down the broad lines of a common European policy on the occasion of future East-West conferences ;
Considering that the debate has enabled the Representatives from all the Member States in the Assembly, and especially the Representatives from those States which will not be taking part in the Geneva Conference, to give their views as to the aims of the Western Powers at the Conference,
Instructs its Bureau to transmit the Introductory Report of the Committee on General Affairs (Doc. 361), together with the Official Reports of the Sittings of 6th July, 1955, to the Governments of all the Member States, and to bring them to the particular attention of the Governments of the two Member States that will be taking part in the Geneva Conference.
