The Assembly,
Desirous of helping the younger generation to acquire a European outlook,
Decides to sponsor the publication of a " model " illustrated text-book for use in European elementary schools, which regional and local authorities in all member countries be asked to re-issue at their own expense;
Instructs its Special Committee on Municipal and Regional Affairs to take the necessary steps for this purpose in co-operation with the Committee on Cultural and Scientific Questions.
