to ask the Committee of Ministers what representations have been made recently to the Soviet Government and to the Hungarian authorities with a view to ascertaining the whereabouts and fate of the Hungarian Prime Minister, M. Imre Nagy, and his Minister of Defence, General Maleter; and whether the Committee will propose that a neutral member of the International Red Cross should be given immediate access to M. Nagy and General Maleter.
