PACE’s Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development has decided to postpone discussion of a draft report by Petra de Sutter (Belgium, SOC) on human rights and the ethical issues related to surrogacy, which was on the committee’s agenda at a meeting in Paris today.
The committee’s next meeting will be in Strasbourg during the Assembly’s winter plenary session (25-29 January 2016).
