The President, while in Athens, will also take part in a meeting of PACE’s Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy, which is due to hold exchanges of view with the Speaker, the Minister for Migration Policy, and the Alternate Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Among other things, Mr Nicoletti is expected to seek support for his proposal to create a European academic network on the Council of Europe’s Conventions against corruption, as part of a wider initiative to promote integrity in governance.
