Blerina Gjylameti (Albania)
David Morris (United Kingdom)
Elisabetta Gardini (Italy)
Georg Georgiev (Bulgaria)
Marco Nicolini (San Marino)
Markus Wiechel (Sweden)
Olena Khomenko (Ukraine)
Pierre-Alain Fridez (Switzerland)
Reinhold Lopatka (Austria)
Rik Daems (Belgium)
Samad Seyidov (Azerbaijan)
Snježana Novaković (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Tamara Vonta (Slovenia)
Vacant seat (Slovak Republic)
Yıldırım Tuğrul Türkeş (Türkiye)
Nineteen Vice-Presidents are elected annually at the beginning of an ordinary session and remain in office until the opening of the next session (but a Vice-President whose delegation is renewed in the course of a session does not remain in office).
