2. Instructs its President to inform the Argentinian Government
of its grave concern for the fate of the political prisoners named
in the list appended to the report of its Committee on Migration,
Refugees and Demography, Doc.
4644, who have been detained without any incriminating evidence
being produced or any formal charge being brought against them,
or kept in detention after serving their sentence, and who have opted
for exile and obtained visas from one or more member states of the
Council of Europe.
