The Assembly,

Having considered O.E.E.C.'s opinion on Recommendation 121, which was transmitted to it by the Committee of Ministers;

Noting that the decisions recorded in this opinion mainly relate to the possibility of purely documentary work;

Considering that the programme outlined in the Recommendation calls for the immediate study and implementation of concrete measures on behalf of refugee or surplus agricultural workers;

Having regard to the work accomplished and results achieved in this field by the Special Representative of the Council of Europe for National Refugees and Overpopulation

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers transmit Recommendation 121 and all relevant documents to the Special Representative of the Council of Europe for National Refugees and Over-population, requesting him to take such steps as he may deem appropriate.
