The Assembly,

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers :

1 ask the Secretary General to examine, in agreement with the competent organs of the Resettlement Fund of the Council of Europe for national refugees and over-population in Europe, the possibility of the participation of Finland in the activities of the Fund ;

2 consider associating Finland more closely with the Council of Europe's intergovernmental work in the field of intra-European migration.
