In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, sixth sentence, delete the words "or helicopter-carrying vessel".

Explanatory note

Delete the words "or helicopter-carrying vessel" as, in accordance with paragraph 41 of the report, the large naval ship most probably was an aircraft carrier, due to the possibility of carrying several helicopters as well as fighter jets, as reported by the survivors.
