In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 15, add the following sentence:

"Such assistance may involve military intervention, including the provision of military assets and training and continued development aid, but ultimately lasting stability can only be achieved by a political roadmap leading to national reconstruction, enhanced democracy and respect for human rights."
