In the draft resolution, paragraph 16, replace the second sentence with the following sentence:

"The Assembly therefore calls in particular on Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine to take steps to remedy shortcomings identified in recent election observation reports."
