In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, in the first sentence, replace the words "against religious communities throughout the world" with the following words:

"against religious communities and individuals throughout the world on the basis of their religion or belief" ;

and in the second sentence, after the word "religion" insert the following words:

"or beliefs".
