It notes that there are recent reports of persons being imprisoned under this legislation, and calls on the Moroccan Parliament to initiate its repeal at the earliest opportunity."
The criminalisation of homosexuality is in breach of human rights and the relevant legislation was repealed in all Council of Europe member states.
