In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, first sentence, delete the words "in Spain".

Explanatory note

As stated in the Explanatory Memorandum, paragraph 6, the Report focusses on the situation in Cyprus, the Balkans and North and South Caucasus, where people are still missing as a result of conflicts in recent decades. This is not the case in Spain. The reference to this country in the Draft Resolution does not make sense.
