One of the main problems of refugee and migrant women and girls is integration. Refugee and migrant women and girls have limited access to education which is the reason of their high level of unemployment.

In order to ensure their basic rights is of the utmost importance to create equal opportunities and access to education and subsequently adequate employment. Most of migrant and refugee women and girls suffer from the lack of education in their counties and this has huge impact on the process of their integration.

Nowadays, one of the basic needs is to have appropriate education which is essential for employment. This problem should not be considered solely in terms of economic challenges, but also as a human rights issue with a considerable impact on migrants, refugees and host population.

The Parliamentary Assembly should study the best practice in member States concerning the access to education and employment for migrant and refugee women and girls.
