"With regard to respect for the rule of law, the Assembly appreciates that all the decisions of the Constitutional Court resulting from individual applications have been implemented so far. The Assembly urges Turkish officials however to refrain from making statements that could be perceived as undue interference in the judicial process or a challenge to the separation of powers."
