In the draft resolution, after paragraph 32, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly resolves to closely follow the situation in Turkey on the basis of information provided by its Monitoring Committee. It reserves the right to reopen the monitoring procedure at its January 2017 session if no marked and concrete progress has been made on the items in this resolution."
