In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, after the words "independent members of parliament,", insert the following words:

"and the adoption by the government of the first National Human Rights Action Plan in Belarus for 2016-2020 in December 2016 and the registration of the Belarusian civil society movement "Tell the Truth",".
