In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 7, insert the following sentences:

"Moreover, torture has become more severe. In November 2015, 4 people died in custody. In addition, from April to May 2017, a further 7 people died in custody: Mehman Galandarov, Mehman Huseynov (born 1987), Sahavat Binnatov, Saleh Gafarov, Elchin Guliyev, Tamkin Nizamioglu and Dayandur Azizli."
