In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, last sentence, replace the words:

"The members' rights to vote, to speak and to be represented in the Assembly and its bodies"

with the following words:

"The members' right to vote in the procedures for elections by the Assembly of the highest officials of the Council of Europe".
