In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 9, insert the following words:

"as it decided to suspend certain rights of the delegation of the Russian Federation (Resolution 1990(2014)) in order to mark its condemnation and disapproval of the Russian Federation's actions with regard to Ukraine."
