In the draft resolution, paragraph 1, replace the first sentence with the following sentence: “Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly, the member States reiterate their commitment to resolutely promote the aims of the Organisation, as set forth in the Preamble to and Articles 1 and 3 of the Statute of the Council of Europe (ETS No. 1).”
