In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly reiterates its call for respect for the values of the Council of Europe and considers it possible to lift sanctions against the Russian Federation only after the withdrawal of troops and other militarized groups from the territory of Ukraine."
