In the draft resolution, after paragraph 5, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly stresses the impossibility of lifting or revising the sanctions that were applied to the Russian Federation until full compensation for the damage to those injured as a result of the Crimean annexation by the Russian Federation would be reimbursed."
