In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 8, insert the following sentence: “In the light of the aimed synergy between the Parliamentary Assembly and the Committee of Ministers, the Assembly hopes the Committee of Ministers can jointly with the Assembly closely observe member States not fulfilling its obligations.”
