In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 8, insert the following sentence: “The Assembly reiterates the terms of Article 25 of the Statute of the Council of Europe hopes the Committee of Ministers will consider action against any member State not complying with the conditions as outlined under Article 25 of the Statute”.
