In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, third sentence, delete the following words: “(…) and to take into due consideration relevant decisions taken by the Committee of Ministers.”

Explanatory note

The Council of Europe consists of two organs, the Committee of Ministers and the Parliamentary Assembly (article 10 of the Statute). Both organs should be independent of each other.
