In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 19.2, insert the following words:

"and paying special attention to the needs of languages which fall below the 20% threshold."

Explanatory note

The protection of languages which fall below the 20% threshold as envisaged in the Legislation on Languages should be emphasized, since the number of citizens might not correspond to the actual use of a language, as in the case of the Turkish community.
