In the draft resolution, paragraph 5.1, replace the words:

"at least one fifth of the component members (representatives and substitutes) of the Assembly, belonging to at least three political groups and fifteen national delegations"

with the following words:

"at least thirty members of the Assembly, belonging to at least five national delegations".
