In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, replace the words: "which will be taken into account by the co-rapporteurs in their ongoing preparation of the report" with the following words:

"but has yet to appoint new Rapporteurs and arrange visits to the territory of the Russian Federation, including the occupied territory of Crimea. It is therefore not yet clear what access will be granted to the Rapporteurs."
