In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, replace the words: "The Russian delegation has co-operated fully with the Monitoring Committee" with the following words:

"The Assembly reserves the right to re-evaluate the Russian credentials during the April Part Session in the light of cooperation or otherwise with the newly appointed Rapporteurs".
