In the draft resolution, paragraph 6.6, after the word "which", add the following word:

"may"

Explanatory note

It is not understandable how the PACE can be so affirmative when it comes to respect for the Convention, without any proper examination of these cases by the European Court or any other international instance. Rights of all the persons of Armenian origin were duly provided during their court trials.
