In the draft resolution, paragraph 8.2, delete the following word:

"systematic".

Explanatory note

By adjective "systematic" it is claimed that everyone who was captured by the armed forces of Azerbaijan was subjected to torture. This is an absolute distortion of facts propagated by the Armenian sources, which is aimed at denigrating the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan as a nation.
