In the draft resolution, paragraph 18.2, delete the following word:

"deliberately".

Explanatory note

It would be not serious at all, if the PACE launches a trial of intent against Azerbaijan. How one can claim that Azerbaijan deliberately caused damage to its own cultural heritage located on its own lands? The conclusions of the PACE can't be grounded in baseless speculations spread by Armenia.
