In the draft resolution, paragraph 8.5, delete the following words:

"the use by Azerbaijan, with Turkey's assistance, of Syrian mercenaries, and".

Explanatory note

This allegation regarding the use of mercenaries by Azerbaijan with assistance of Turkey is false and fabricated by Armenian circles. There is no compelling evidence proving that Turkey and Azerbaijan had undertaken such an action.
