In the draft resolution, paragraph 9, delete the following words:

", and Turkey is invited to do the same".

Explanatory note

The interim measure against Turkey was lifted by the Court on 1 December 2020. There is no interim measure in effect. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 46 of the Convention, final judgments, rather than the findings of the Court are binding.
