In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 10.1, insert the following sentence:

"As stated in Opinion No. 1059/2021 of the Venice Commission, these amendments contribute to creating a threatening environment where LGBTQI children can be subject to health-related risks, bullying and harassment."
