"The Assembly also highlights the importance of getting sportsmen and women

more involved, through the intermediary of the organisations representing them, in the decision-making process concerning sports events, as appropriate and in accordance with national legislation; their active involvement may increase the legitimacy, understanding and observance of restrictive measures."
