In the draft resolution, paragraph 4.11, after the tenth sentence, insert the following sentence:

"Political opponents of the authorities are being persecuted in the country, journalists are being persecuted for alternative views on the state of affairs in the state, leading opposition TV channels are being closed, internet resources "objectionable" to the government are being blocked."
