In the draft resolution, paragraph 13, replace the second sentence with the following sentence:

"The Assembly regrets that not all of the GRECO recommendations from different evaluation rounds have been fully implemented".

Explanatory note

As of March 2021, when the most recent, Second Compliance Report was adopted, Georgia ha already satisfactorily implemented or dealt with in a satisfactory manner seven out of the 16 recommendations; seven more recommendations have been partly implemented and only two remain outstanding.
